Candles2NE1 was developed to provide a
pleasant environment that everyone can enjoy
I used to run the beauty salon before COVID and used candles at the salon to provide a nice atmosphere for people to attend. My clients would attend the salon to be pampered and scented candles was a way to provide them a relaxing time. We would share our stories, laughing and crying, all while enjoying the comforting scents of nature.
Our clients enjoyed the candles so much they asked if we would start selling them so they can take their experience home to share with their loved ones. This was how Candles2NE1 was born. We’ve closed the salon since but want to continue to be able to share with others our experiences and feelings, one candles at a time.
Meet Our Team
Jia was born and raised in South Korea and lived in many different countries, always looking for new challenges and adventures. She also enjoys making hand crafted goods and drawing which drew her previous work as a nail technician.
Now settling in Brisbane, Australia with Minh and their beautiful fur baby Soju. We're very excited to create candle to share with my family and friends.

With a background in business and finance Minh lacks any level of hands on creativity. Cheering Jia (and Soju) on the side lines to follow through with her passions and occasionally (frequently) running errands for the business. You will usually find him distracting Jia when she is creating new products with the help of their little fur-baby only to be shooed away.
