REFUNDS & EXCHANGE

We accept refunds and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. You may return your unused candles or diffusers for a full refund of your purchase price. Refunds are processed on unused, undamaged products only. Please return your items in the original packaging and ensure that the shipment is carefully packed, we’re unable to process refunds on items that arrive broken. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping charges.

Refunds are applied to returned product only and do not cover any original shipping fees. We cannot replace missing or stolen packages at this time. Please double-check that your shipping information is correct at checkout. At this time, we are limited in our ability to make changes to an order once it has been placed.

All of our items are carefully inspected before they are shipped. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during transit. If photographic proof of damage is submitted to info@candles2ne1.com.au within 7 days of receiving. We will get started on your refunds or replacement order.
